This number is used for a "telemarketing" by Stroke Association (check more on http://www.stroke.org.uk/), but in this case it is a legitimate service. They also use 0303 3033 100 as a customer's line.
I answered the phone and was about to hang up after a long silence when an Asian lady asked to speak to me. When I asked her what she wanted, she replied that she wanted me to stop speaking. What a cheek! as I did not ask to be called by pests on a Friday evening and would prefer not be called again.
