I've complained to Ofcom in the past (not about this number, another) - they are essentially toothless - you have to prove that they've called you distress and make a full statement - i suppose i'll just keep blocking the number as i don't have the time to get on to Ofcom to be fobbed off - what is the point of these quangos?
