Then she went straight into her bullsh!t spiel:- "Our records show that you ve done industrial work in the past. Is that true?" Needless to say I ve never done any so-called "industrial work" in my entire life. So, the whole thing was just a fishing expedition. You know the really annoying thing? This is a SCAM. They called me pretending to be Sky and asking about my broadband. I work in IT so my knowledge is quite broad. What they try and do is get you to visit a website that enables them to take over your machine. They then hold you to ransom to "fix" (release) your machine. Avoid at all costs. Just put the phone down.
