I missed one payment in 25 years becasue I was abroad and forgot to pay before my holiday. My next statement says to pay by a date next week which I will do and it includes the missed payment. Fair enough you would think? I get calls throughout the day from this number and nobody is on the other end. I also get text messages telling me to make a payment now. LITTLEWOODS are about to lose my custom and I am not paying the £12 they charged me fo missing that payment.

Called by a Welsh lady saying they were handing out free grants for loft insulation -- did I have loft insulation? I immediately smelt a rat & asked who was calling. She simply said "a grant company". I asked what their name was. She was very evasive but eventually said "Nationwide Energy." I asked what their address was but said she didn t know(!). Call to my landline at 09:98 on Monday 15 July 2019. No-one there when answered and hung up. Suspected cloned number.
