They have called more than 10 times in the last few days. Including 3 times in 2 hours. I am registered on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and the Mailing Preference Service (MPS) but they are breaking the law by ignoring this. Don t be tempted to use them, especially the arrogant idiot in Ashbourne.

Asked if I had been on an inclusive holiday & when I questioned the operator they hung up

This was almost certainly a call from a scammer. These calls which use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to a caller ...

I hung up immediately. Similar numbers calling during three days since 21 Jan 2021 claimed to be Amazon chasing payment.

09 Dec 2021 - Has called 3 days in a row, not sure if its robotic or a person but after I say hello there is silence and they put the phone down. I suspect they are testing numbers to see who answers then possibly sell this data on to other spam callers. Don't bother answering, block number if you can. Reply

If you speak to these people quote the statute of limitations "Statutes of limitations are written laws passed by a legislative body in common law systems to set the maximum time after an event when legal proceedings may be initiated. When the period of time specified in a statute of limitations passes, a claim can no longer be filed" Statute barred debt refers to a debt that s not enforceable because the time a creditor has to chase payment has passed. This is outlined under the Limitation Act 1980.

I received couple of times calls from this nuber. Everytime the lady on phone has very strong accent, hard to understand. They known my old address, Name and surname, Everytime I ve been asked to confirm my address and details and then something about loands I ve taken in last 10 yrs, credit cards.. Than I can collect overpayments.. I didn t give rhem any of my details at all. The name of the company sounds like "LLT" or "L&T" on the answerphone message. The message is the same as the one played on number 0161 814 7899.

I gave the company my information about the possibility of joining their school and just called to follow up.
