From such a professional organisation, I would expect the caller to identify themselves personally, such as 'hello my name is abc, from BT, etc. So I assumed it to be a scammer either trying to either sell me something or obtain personal information about me. Think this is a scam. 2 calls this morning on different nos, but the same recorded message and same female voice. My internet will be disconnected in the next 24-48 hours because of illegal activity. Called me to discuss all info about my traffic accident which is non existent. I asked who NAC is and he said he d get to that then asked about my accident. I asked him to explain what happened as he had it all there. He told me to f*ck off and said he would slap me in the street if I spoke to him like that. SCAM Caller said he was from Amazon ringing to advise that my Amazon Prime account was due to expire and asking me if I wanted to renew. I don't have Amazon Prime so realised that this was a scam so played along. I said yes I wanted to renew and he then asked me for my bank card details so I hung up. He never asked for my name.
