Spoke to a lady who informed me that I had popped up on their system as being owed money regarding PPI. She didn't skip a beat before moving straight on to ask if I had had been in any debt management plans or made bankrupt etc. Explained that I was not willing to give personal information and that I had already claimed my PPI back. She asked if I had received less than £1200 as that would be why I had appeared on their system. I informed her that we both knew that was rubbish and just marketing spiel

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20331881xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, insurance marketing - "Have you been involved in a car accident that wasn't your fault?".
