Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT Internet Dept., who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account. My internet & line will be disconnected. Press 1 to speak to an ‘executive’ to rectify this. I have to answer calls, because I am expecting a call from my doctor’s surgery about my Covid jab, but I don’t have caller display.

I told her there was no record of this at all, she then said the books were already printed, I repeated that we did no such thing and then she immediately hung up.
