Getting 2 calls a day from this number, mostly no one on line which is then disconnected and several occasions they have questioned pensions. I have asked to be removed from call list which has not been done. number now blocked with the other 160 nuisance callers.

These Transcom a holes obviously don t even check the numbers they ve been given before calling them. Transcom left a computerised message demanding that someone should call them. I ve never given out my number, had no dealings with Transcom, and the person they were asking for has never, to my knowledge, lived here or used this number. Subcontinental-sounding told me I needed a box to stop nuisance calls - two pounds fifty a month for three years! Caller Display does it much cheaper and I don t usually answer calls from 0845- numbers. Curious this time.

Stating they are the credit investigation department, a UK government department. When questioned further, the caller revealed they were an independent company doing promotional calls.

As this number phoned my mobile, I did not answer it, but, Googled it. PPI, fed up. Complained to TPS(mobile registered) and O2 my provider. Nothing gets done. Another blocked number.

I have 3 charges of 35pence on my phone Bill I know I didn’t ring this number. It’s an old bill so I don’t know what kind of call it was.

PPI/Bank Charges claim company. Latest one is Endowment Policies. Aside from just hanging up, I find the best course of action with these guys is to just lie to them. Give them made-up details so they waste their time with fruitless nonsense. Tell them you paid PPI on a Swiss bank account with ?10m in funds given to you by a Nigerian prince. Keep calm and tell absurd lies, and this kind of call actually starts to be a lot of fun!
