this is a computer dialling numbers randomly. if no call centre staff are available to take the call it hangs up the call. ofcom should ban these calls.

Had a call from this number, didn't know whose number it was so didn't answer the phone. No message left.

Caller claimed to be talk talk with a solution to my broadband problems. Thankfully I could not hear them very well so asked for a number to call them back on. Rang the real talk talk who said no, not one of our numbers and we have not called you today.

Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.

28 Oct 2021 - Thick sub continent accent called himself Kevin and was asking about loans and credit cards. Claimed he was from a debt solutions agency. Kept him talking for about ten mins feeding him misinformation and asking him about his fav songs and told him I was gonna get concrete socks from a loan shark if he didn’t help me today. Checked number on-line and feel confident number is bona fide but will discuss in store when I collect order just in case it’s not
