I keep getting calls about renewing my boiler and solar panels. prerecorded message. They have many numbers they re just a bloody nuisance. There should be a law to stop idiots like these.

Left a message saying they had seen my CV on Reed Recruitment (I had posted my CV on there) and left a different number for me to call them back on to discuss suitable positions for me

These Transcom a holes obviously don t even check the numbers they ve been given before calling them. Transcom left a computerised message demanding that someone should call them. I ve never given out my number, had no dealings with Transcom, and the person they were asking for has never, to my knowledge, lived here or used this number. The same experience as Rob, except that the caller (allegedly BT Open Reach) got further along the line before I realised it was a scam and rang off. However, in that time malware had been installed on my computer and was already beginning to use money in my PayPal account. I have finally rectified this, as well as with my bank.
