Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.
After searching on line for energy and insurance comparisons this numbers has been ringing several times a day. I have not answered it.

Fraud Said they were from Amazon and a suspect order had been made on my account = however they were calling me by my wife's maiden name - no such Amazon account exists! Hung up. Person was Asian sounding lady.

Just had a call from this number, an asian lady called Kate Brown(???) who said that my IP address was being used by others around the world so they will be cancelling user licence on my IP address. The second option was they will talk me through how to block so I wont be compromised. Told her that I was computer illiterate and could she ring back later and speak to my hubby. Call from agent for EE, which I managed to get them to verify as the number on my phone came up as possible fraud. My broadband/TV Box price has now been frozen by them for 18 next months, (EE previously sent me warning it would be going up at end of contract date) and a free upgrade to super-fast broadband, from fast. They have called every day this week. Luke asked to confirm business owner s name and if he could speak to him. When I asked what it was regarding he said he was from Blacks Brokers and it was about a letter they had sent him. Lies. I open the mail. Told him to email and he put the phone down.
