A Spanish woman phoned twice demanding to know why if I lived in Spain I wasnt fluent in Spanish.This is coming from a Spanish woman living in London who doesn't speak English!!! Indian lady started telling me I had a problem with Windows. I told her that she was unscrupulous and I considered that her actions were those of the scum of the planet. I blocked the number using my CPR Callblocker gadget (there are many alternatives). I pay for my phone, it s for me, what gives anyone other than me the right to use it to harass me? Fraud Just had that call to my work landline number from "Sky technical support", claiming they've been monitoring my broadband line and "someone has been attacking it and stealing my personal data over the past few weeks". Hung up pretty quick when I mentioned I work for Sky. Suspect they would have gone on to ask for my personal details, bank cards etc. had I not given the game away. Nothing whatsoever to do with Sky, clearly a scam.

Person with an Asian accent (after a delay) introducing himself as Peter Thompson purporting to be from BT claimed someone in America was using my IP address and accessing emails . Asked what devices I was using to access the internet. The scammer wasn t afraid to argue back aggressively when I told him in no uncertain terms I knew this was an attempt to hack in to the internet.
This no 01916718030 called me and was asking me if I have a premium bank account. I've asked them to remove me from their data base and they insisted I answer their question.
