Seemed like a frightening "ransom" scam. Saying your being investigated for "Tax Fraud" and your going to be arrested if you don't hit "1" to reply back. I expect any reply incurs a massive phone fee charged to your bill connected to a premium number. They asked for my name and if I had a life insurance. I said thank you but I am not interested. They replied on a very rude way: "I am not asking you if you are interested or not, just if you have or not a life insurance". I said no thanks, and goodbye. Caller identified himself as Reid from Reactive Media. Said he was calling about an overpayment on a (non-existent) loan between two arbitrary dates. When asked for details he couldn t give any and when pushed further he hung up.
