Keeps phoning to speak to my wife about a car accident she had over 2 years ago. She was not injured and the car was repaired under a claim that was fully settled by her insurers but these people insist on harassing her to a point that my wife gets upset each time. We are registered with TPS but yet these people get away with it.

An Asian woman asked for me by name, but there was a lot of noise in the background so immediately made me think that this was wrong. Was woken up at 5.45 this morning by this caller. Didn t get to the phone and remained in bed tossing and turning wondering who it could be and if something had happened to a relative! Went to reverse the number and find out who called and it said this number. Reading from a few places it says it s a foreign man from national accident helpline. Should be illegal. Our number is ex-directory and we ve used TPS and this should not be possible!
This person is a catfish and steals a persons pictures off their social media. The real persons pictures is called lee hart.
I was informed by a sythetic female voice that a large amount of money had been taken out of my bank account and that I should contact them by telephone if I had not performed this withdrawal myself. They call here all the time and make unsolicited calls. When I asked the caller to remove my number from the list, they were kind of evasive and had the nerve to ask me why I didn t want to be on their call list anymore. (Which was kind of ignoring the fact that I never wanted to be on their list to begin with, but I decided to let that slip). I told them I wasn t interested - they asked why I wasn t interested anymore, at which point I hung up. I don t respond well to child-like q&a-games!

Claimed to be from BT Connect and wanted to "save us money". Wanted to know who we were with for telecomms, told them TalkTalk as they were much friendlier & responsive than BT (true). "Amy" was VERY insistent that she "come round and talk to us about saving money on our telecomms". Obviously we firmly refused, said goodby and put the phone down with her saying "but..but". Pest!

Said he was called Jack from BT Business Head office and he could do me a better deal than by Local BT Business office. Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I don't believe this is BT as you can see in other searches Jack seems to be the only person making these calls, probably to gain information about your business. He didn't get any from me. Possibly dangerous.
