We, the public, the people who pay a phone company serious money every month only to be pestered , and for some actually stolen from , have got to learn how to do more , and I mean more , than just close the gate each time the horse bolts. The phone companies we pay our money to don't do nearly enough to deal with this filthy virus that is growing at a seriously dangerous rate.
