SCAM: BT SCAMMER ... Indian/Pakistani ? man called to say my BT service Lloyds Bank Direct Debit needed verifying, I played along and gave false numbers on my debit card (to see how far they wished to go), they already new my name , address, phone number. Well, actually I don't bank at Lloyds anyway!, they then asked for my DOB, so I gave a false one of course. Then they offered me a 50% discount for 5 years on my account (that's mighty generous what). I was handed over to a CLOSER manager who said my card

I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. A lady from (Dell??) or (Delta??) calling herself 'Norah Jones'. Asks me if I'm still working [place], if my email is still [email] and if I'm still [function]. Smh she does know some stuff about me. Perhaps looking at some sort of CRM? Can't make up if I accidentally left my data somewhere and ended up in this system? Or my data got to their system another way. It's all quite sketchy. Tried calling back but getting: "this is the voicemail of Norah Jones, I'm on vacation".

Had phone call from this number today stating she was working on behalf of tv licence wanting me to clear the debt with her. I m very suprized to has gone tk debt agency after a month with ?31.50. I will be blocking number and will not pay anything to these it be direct to TV licene. As half hour later I got another call from 01772 221143 again same name she was asking for ebay debt which I don t owe any thing to very suspicious as it was both from Preston both named anika and also sounded same.
Female caller insisting I had been in a car accident. Hang up on me after I asked her to remove me from their call list.
Caller asked for my daughter by name even though she no longer lives here. When I asked what the call was for, they immediately hung up
