I wish they would leave a voicemail message when they ring. I just missed their call and as there was no message I assumed it was a scam call. we get a lot and would never ring the number back unless there was a message left saying who it was and why they were ringing. but I would ring 150 from the landline if I'd known it was virgin regarding my problem. only trouble is that you can be waiting for over an hour before you get an answer! not happy with virgin at all.

SCAM Asian sounding male purporting to be from BT Openreach saying our internet speeds were markedly low and he could help with this problem. I said we regularly check our up and download speeds and as we're on Fibre to the Premises with BT our usual speed is around 400mbs. He put the phone down. SCAM Recorded message Amazon scam to landline claiming an IPhone had been purchased on my account for £399, If not authorized, to press 1 to get to Amazon customer service. 3rd same call of the day, from 3 separate Mobile numbers, one on Three network, last two on O2 network. Time the mobile companies were tasked with stopping these calls! You have to answer when you're expecting calls.
