'No - why do you want to know?' She asked what I had said and when I repeated it she hung up. Obviously their script doesn't run to answering that question!

The caller gave his name and said he was from "The National Advisory Service" and that they had on their records that I had "some years ago" worked in manufacturing. Replied I had not and please to no call me again - he was still going through his spiel as I hang up!
