Indian sounding female called from the number saying something about Telephone Preference, She knew my name, address and phone number and asked me if I was over 80yrs old, I refused to answer, she then said they wanted to take details of telephone preference, I asked her if she was from TPS ? and she didn t answer that, I then told her she was a scammer and not to ring me again, I have been able to block the number - I am concerned that they asked if I was over 80yrs old - maybe they are ringing until they

We received a silent call from them which locked our line for a few minutes even when we put the phone down and pick it up again. We dialed 1471 and got the above number which I called on my mobile but withheld our number and they identified themselves as the above company, as soon as we got the name, we hang up. Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.

had 9 calls in one day about 10 mins apart, i didn t answer they didn t leave a message

Within minutes of getting a nuisance call on the spare mobile telephone I do not use I received this call on my landline, a recorded voice telling me it was the last time they would be trying to contact me - but I have had the SAME MESSAGE many times! They continue to lie. Their calls are uninvited. I do not want anything to do with them. I object to recorded messages of this type anyway.
