Answered call, heard nothing for several seconds despite saying hello? a few times. Then a very brief fax like noise before cutting off.

Eventually had about 5 calls a day from this number. never answered as my caller id said it was from jersey otherwise I would ve picked up a mobile number. rang them a few times before only for it to be cut straight off. eventually got through, threatened them with personal harassment and dealing with contacting me using unsolicited information. asked them to remove me off their system as politely as possible. fingers crossed that s all.

Sounds very much like a scam....... Rang about an accident I had last year - which I didn't.

My bill says we called them for 3 seconds, and it cost 24p ! Gonna query it with Virgin

I got calls from these people a couple of year back. Answered the call, gave them my details, ended up with £160 in my pocket (£250-£90 fee) They do charge a percentage but what can you expect. The do what the say and seem to go all out to win. They even contacted the financial ombudsman on my behalf concerning other issues I have. The fee is a little steep though.

A persistent and aggressive person, blabs on about PPI and I m owed money, I must have seen it on the news etc. I cut in and say I ve never had a loan and nobody could possibly owe me money. have been called 6 or 7 times in total from this company after a single debt advice request. The solution they offered was not suitable so I was asked to be removed from their contact list. They have continually pestered me ever since and have been extremely rude and hung up on me when I try to ask to be taken off the list yet again!
