I m in Scotland. I received a call from this number while I was at work...couldn t answer. I called back several times, but the line just sounds dead...three beeps. I ve had this kind of thing before from different numbers..usually a PPI-related call. I ve probably missed out on an amazing cash flow injection into my bank account, a once-in-a-lifetime sales opportunity or a fantastic holiday to the Bahamas. But for now, I ve just saved the number as Crank Call and I advise you do the same.

Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! This and 01424 308667 has called 7 times in two days. I finally picked up and had silence .

Cancelled a subscription last week. They tried to dissuade me but in the end accepted i was resolute in my decision. They called today as i found out from googling the number. As soon as i answered the call was ended. Unsure what reason they would have to be phoning me a week after i have cancelled my subscription.

The same experience as Rob, except that the caller (allegedly BT Open Reach) got further along the line before I realised it was a scam and rang off.
