On TPS - phoned twice on Withheld Display. Asked to speak to supervisor and given this number. (They say they are telling you about Government Initiative for Energy saving.) You phone this number, to get name removed, and get no reply.

After asking politely around 5 times for them to remove me from there database I finally blocked the call from my mobile but now my phone still keeps beeping telling me that its just blocked the call so they will not stop, sometimes over 10 times per day, trading standards have been informed and if I am able to find out the companies details I will take them to court as I can prove via my call record harassment! So I personally hope they keep calling as it only adds weight to a lawsuit!!!!!!!!

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. This number has called my mobile several times this week (office hours)but no messages have been left. I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. Had over ?3 on my my pay as you go phone but after ringing this number my credit had gone down to ?1.11. DON T TRUST THIS NUMBER AND DEFINATELY DON T PHONE IT!!
