Recorded voice message of a well spoken elderly gentlemen saying the call was from National Crime Agency, my national insurance number is linked to multiple crimes and I should press 1 to speak to an officer immediately. Clearly a bogus call, I doubt the National Crime Agency would ring from a mobile number. No idea what they are up to but nothing legal I dare say.

Just another poor sod sitting in a cramped call-centre on minimum wage wanting to know if I d ever had PPI. I let the young lady drone on for a bit, dangling the carrot of a sale in front of her, lulling her into a false sense of hope, before hanging up. Somebody emailed me asking me to call them on this number saying they were at one of my addresses in London but couldn't gain access to the property to read a gas meter. On tracking the number it showed up as being in Manchester so nowhere near London anyway and I actually do not have any properties in London so I suspect a spam email to get me to call this telephone number.
