Answered this call, not for the first time, and they just hang up. They don't seem to be able to manage their nuisance calls properly let alone sort out an accident or ppi.

Called twice today, First call I cancelled. 2nd I answered said they were fron British Gas/Scottish Gas. When they asked which company I was with I asked why they needed that information they said they were doing research. I told them i gave no private or personal information to cold callers. Also told them cold calling was illegal and I would be reporting them. Hung up before they answered.

Banana Chap Lighten up as Steven put I generally like to Wind these arses up giving them a correct sort code as they can instantly check this but make up account no,s then seem unsure but keep them dangling on the end of the phone. Within minutes of getting a nuisance call on the spare mobile telephone I do not use I received this call on my landline, a recorded voice telling me it was the last time they would be trying to contact me - but I have had the SAME MESSAGE many times! They continue to lie. Their calls are uninvited. I do not want anything to do with them. I object to recorded messages of this type anyway.

Called by tracy several times asked how I was, am I okay then said was I aware of the scrap-age scheme and then hung up. the number was 0161 476 8200 but unable to ring it back!
