This is for a financial claim and I asked to be removed from there system and was apologised to and received a call from a the manager who further apologised for the call and assured me that I will not receive any further calls, he then went onto give me some advice against an issue I have currently which he really did not need to do, very polite chap and having looked up the Company details they are legit and dealing with a few areas for financial claims, this is not a scam and the guys are very polite.

This is the barclaycard team calling about late payments or exceeded credit card limit. If you don t have a barclaycard, somebody has used your number so that they don t get these calls themselves.

Everytime I answer we get cut off

Within minutes of getting a nuisance call on the spare mobile telephone I do not use I received this call on my landline, a recorded voice telling me it was the last time they would be trying to contact me - but I have had the SAME MESSAGE many times! They continue to lie. Their calls are uninvited. I do not want anything to do with them. I object to recorded messages of this type anyway.

I phoned their number while withholding my own number and they have their number set up not to accept withheld numbers. Lady called stating I had a recent car accident blah. Asked her how she got my number. She stated they got it from the Road Traffic Accident Claim Department. I said I d never heard of it. Was it a Government department. Long silent pauses at the other end. Repeatedly asked her to spell the name of her company. She rang off. Surprise surprise.
