This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. Wednesday, 31 December 2014 09:01 hours. Telephone call from 01706830603. It seems they are nasty bailiff firm called Rossedales. No debts here. No message left. Rang them back, an answer message claimed that their offices were shut. Plenty of warnings about this firm.

Automated message telling me my number had been compromised at the border with Wales (I'm in Scotland!) and to 'press 1' so that don't take legal action against me and my national insurance number. How they propose to get my national insurance number from my phone number is beyond me! Needless to say, I didn't press 1!!
