I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. Seemed like a frightening "ransom" scam. Saying your being investigated for "Tax Fraud" and your going to be arrested if you don't hit "1" to reply back. I expect any reply incurs a massive phone fee charged to your bill connected to a premium number. No official entity would call you on an automated message in such a cold manner disregarding your mental and physical health conditions. Such as being suicidal or having a hart condition.
Recently had sales call from this number asking about double glazed windows etc, would not let me speak and was very rude when I said I was not interested, so annoyed did 1471 found out number and searched online, this number didnt take incoming calls!!

Fed up getting calls from this unknown number
Cancelled a subscription last week. They tried to dissuade me but in the end accepted i was resolute in my decision. They called today as i found out from googling the number. As soon as i answered the call was ended. Unsure what reason they would have to be phoning me a week after i have cancelled my subscription.
