Wanted to talk about my life insurance policy but said it was an "AIG policy" which it isn't. When questioned on this he repeated the same thing once and then stealthily changed it to say he was working with my provider and AIG. Double checked and the two companies don't appear related. He then started on the spiel where he called it a personal policy which it isn't. Let him continue to waste his time and then told him the truth when he asked at which point he hung up on me. Total scam BS.

These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. An Indian-sounding "customer service executive" calling himself Patrick refused to cancel the contract or to recognise the statutory cooling-off period. When I answered this number it was from the U.K and they didn't answer back so they hung up and, so I rang there ass back.
Asks for business owner and when you don t let them through, they will say "I will try back later". You won t get through me again, mate. I am the first line of defense on these phones. and you are now blocked.
This number has rung my home phone number twice in 5 minutes (which is ex directory & on the TPS!) My daughter answered the phone & the woman was insistant Id been in a Road traffic accident, she didnt say she was from a claim company .
