called 2 days running no message left

This number called twice in 24 hours asking to speak to a specific member of the household in connection with a survey from the bank. I refused to pass on the call as we have an ex-directory number and have registered with TPS. I fortunately have a phone that can block numbers so have now added this number to the list.

Very rude and pushy. Saying no thanks seems to enrage them further. Quote the telephone preference service and they ll soon back off.

This number keeps calling me and not leaving a message - who is it?

Caller knew my wifes name and claimed to be from "Universal Appliances" 
nWhatever! - just another scam.

Called to tell me that I had a problem with my computer and they would be able to sort it out for me. As soon as company details were requested, they rang off.

Watch our for this one - ignores TPS and purports to have 'news' for those on benefits.

Caller hung up when I answered - tried to call back but got a 'no such number' beep tone.

Phone rang and when answered the line cut off

This was almost certainly a call from a scammer. These calls which use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to a caller ...

Missed call on my landline. I never give this number out as don't even know what it is!

Rang my elderly father at 5.55am. Automated voice says "please hang up"

Debt collection company working on behalf of the claims guys. They call every day even though the invoice was only received a few days ago. I would say this is aggressive

This number has dialled my number 7 times in the past 3 weeks. I was overseas on holiday in South America at the time and so glad I had disabled my voicemail! Hung up very quickly when rumbled.. I have not had an RTA / Accident this century! I have blocked the number on my CPR told him nothing and reported the number to GMP on 101. I d like to think that was Game, Set and Match to me!! But you never know so be careful out there!
