Had a call from this numerous at 7:57am. Told me she was from BT broadband and files had been downloaded and sending messages to there servers and need to be deleted. Having worked for BT for 34 years I know that the office hours are 9:00am so I asked her

Claimed I had been awarded £1900 in PPI claim. I no this to be untrue. I have had daily calls of this nature for about 3 weeks from varying mobile numbers. Total scam and unfortunately are convincing enough to trick more vulnerable people so spread the word. They don t like it if you ask them questions, what is their name again, who are they calling from who did I win the claim against, what is the postal address of their business. This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 2036345xxx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with nuisance calls, sometimes just robocalls, with PPI - insurance marketing, accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with something new, new scope?

Got a cold call at 13:03 31/05/14. I am registered with TPS & do not accept any cold calls ever. So when he said "Hello I am Richard from the Green Power Company" I simply but loudly replied "We do not accept any cold calls GO AWAY". He said "sorry sir" and then rang off. I believe this is yet another market research company who can not be stopped from making cold calls as they are not directly trying to sell. I really wish the law could be changed on this.
