call from a lady called rachel, knew I had a complaint in to RBS about monthly bank charges and gave her minimum information as they do ask security questions on DOB , address etc , answered the questions but like all the other informants there are so many bams out there trying it on !

Just had a call from an English sounding lady (01543-630851) who stated she was ringing from Philips Legal Solutions of Lichfield, Staffs. She knew my name and ex-directory telephone number. She wanted to know if I had a Will, or wanted to take one out. She stated that her company was most reputable, to which I replied that if it was reputable it wouldn t be harrssing with cold calls.
