I asked him to explain what happened as he had it all there. He told me to f*ck off and said he would slap me in the street if I spoke to him like that. Answered 'phone immediately, but seller hung up. Not a clue who it was, or what it was about-I assume an automated random dialing that dropped the call, and should be reported as such. The other reports have left no comment, so I presume they had the same 'silent' treatment.

When asked for details was referred to her supervisoor Aran, who got increasingly short with me, then wanted to take control of my computer to show me. Apparently my connection will be cut in 1 hour. Sick to death of these people, no matter what you say to them they never listen. I`ve shouted swore and threatened and now I think they doing this to wind me up. so to PERFECT PREFERENCE call staff you leave me no option I have purchased a whistle (similar to those used by football Refs) Go on Make my day.

SCAM, call from stating it was from HMRC stating I was being investigated for Tax Fraud, it was an automated message and then stated to push 1 for further details. I hung up.
Claimed to be from Virgin Media about an internet connection. Worrying signs, firstly did not have my name as a contact or any reason to indicate I have an Virgin account. Also they are using a local number, for a very small area, which to my knowledge does not have a Virgin office.
