The company is called Rapid legal - it was an unsolicited claims call.
Recently had sales call from this number asking about double glazed windows etc, would not let me speak and was very rude when I said I was not interested, so annoyed did 1471 found out number and searched online, this number didnt take incoming calls!!
Carried out a survey on my Mum asking bank details, income into household, then asked if she would like to invest ?1000, con company taking advantage of elderly and vulnerable people, do not give out any personal information
the debt help group ltd of tiktok are scammers you dont want to get involved with them proceed directly to pheonix insolvency and skip the middlemen who will charge you a grand for the pleasure of it Better still go to a registered debt charity like stepchange national debthelpline or citizens advice instead

Told them before that i am not interested, tried ignoring their calls yesterday (6 calls in total). Answered today, got some guy who rudely hung up as i was about to express my dis-pleasure with their calls. These people call me at least 3 times a day, and it has been going on for months. The ask me if I have had any PPI in the past, they go on and on, then when I finally convince them that I dont, they then ask if I would be interested in wiping off 70% of my debts! Again, when I say no, they persist until I get rude with them. Namely it solicits the person receiving the call to press 1 on their phones to seek help in avoiding Internet cut off within a timeslot of 4hrs usually. Needless to say there is no real problem pending and by pressing 1 the unwary may be frightened into giving bank details eg to pay delivery charge for new router. PLEASE HANG UP.
