Scottish lady asking to confirm my address and date of birth, I then asked who she was calling from when she said PRA group. I said I was not prepared to give my details and asked them to remove my telephone number. She said thats not possible as its regarding a business issue so we will call back another time. I said you will get the same answer no matter when you called back. She said thats fine we will just call back another time. I shall be reporting them to OFCOM as this is illegal.

Got very abusive after I told him I needed to check with microsoft to check out what was happening. Can see why some people without any technical knowledge will be pushed into responding.
