SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Keeps phoning to speak to my wife about a car accident she had over 2 years ago. She was not injured and the car was repaired under a claim that was fully settled by her insurers but these people insist on harassing her to a point that my wife gets upset each time. We are registered with TPS but yet these people get away with it.

Was woken up at 5.45 this morning by this caller. Didn t get to the phone and remained in bed tossing and turning wondering who it could be and if something had happened to a relative! Went to reverse the number and find out who called and it said this number. Reading from a few places it says it s a foreign man from national accident helpline. Should be illegal. Our number is ex-directory and we ve used TPS and this should not be possible!
