From 118-online asking for a survey. Don't speak when answered and numerous calls from same number at same time using clogging up all lines so no one else can ring in, meaning our customers get sent to voicemail. Have emailed 118-online [who's website seems a bit dodgy] and had assurances that our number[s] are taken from their list, but that obviously has not happened. So OFCOM here we come.

Indian/Pakistani ? man called to say my BT service Lloyds Bank Direct Debit needed verifying, I played along and gave false numbers on my debit card (to see how far they wished to go), they already new my name , address, phone number.
