SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Asked to speak to someone called Mrs Dawson told them that wasn?t me can they remove my number. Went in to try and sell me a pre payment meter said no thanks remove my number won?t be surprised if receive another call from a similar number in the future
