Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.

This number is for C.A.R.S or Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions. They are a genuine debt collection agency so I would suggest speaking to them if they are trying to contact you.

Just had this number call - but I never pick up the phone. Worst thing you can do, as it confirms to the other end yours is a proper phone number which will be sold on to every piece of scum in the known universe. Rude Asian man telling me about a problem with my computer. His supervisor called me back and asked why I had been rude to his staff. I told him that he was rude by saying that he would put a block on my computer and I would have to pay to get it working again. The 3rd call was just shouting at me in a foreign language. Calls 4 and 5 were silent but I could hear the same people in the background.
