I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. Mike calling from your computer security and support.... I didn't listen to any more, and pressed the button on my keypad that ends the call and blocks the number.
Couldn't even get my name right, asked for Mr(First name only). Told them to stop calling me & remove my number from their list before I hung up on them.

SCAM says its from Royal Mail and to use the link to pay 1.99 for redelivery. 1. Royal Mail don’t use mobiles that I know of. 2. No card was left about mystery parcel. 3. Why would it come from Manchester. Beware don’t use link.
SCAM / SPAM I received a call today, 18th of August 2020 from this number and it was a robotic voice stating it was the HMRC and that the name associated to my number had been involved in fraud. To press 1 otherwise i will be arrested shortly. I didn't check with HMRC, but i doubt this is the way HMRC contacts you if you are involved in any type of fraud. Be aware people! They are probably hunting for your data to commit fraud. I wish they could catch all these people doing this kind of stuff.
