had 3 calls from 0845 340 2760 asking to speak to me first time I said wrong number then hour later same number said same thing to guy then bit later he rang again

They asked me about my accident in the last 3 years.I told them I could nt get out out because as they knew from my records,after hitting the other vehicle I had swerved,glanced the tree and overturned into the ditch where I was partially submerged in freezing water. SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access.
