This is considered a scam and fraud telephone as my ageing parents were contacted by this so called PPI Team, I took over the call as my parents could not understand these cold calling scammers wanted from them. This I was chatting with was foreign and this call was made on a very bad line, sure this was from a amateur VoIP telecoms company (which Digital Mail fits the description) since I never heard of this company until I read the comments on this page about Digital Mail. I received the call but was too slow to speak to the sender. I tried ringing back but was told that the mail box was full. I guess this is a scam number.

An Asian female called and was very difficult to understand - something about a survey. Replied "No thank you" and I hung up. Number now blocked. We are registered with the TPS, but these calls still get through.

Another damn PPI call. When will these people pi55 off and let all the normal people in the UK go about their lives without constant interruption. Added to the 100+ other blocked PPI numbers I have. Also why is it always from a Manchester (0161) code. I think I can safely block all Manchester numbers...

This number called and just hung up when my husband wasn't here. Very rude. I rang back only to discover this is not a valid telephone number.

They told me they work together with UK company called Green Energy UK. I contacted Green Energy UK and in fact they do not corporate with anyone. I was offered to meet and talk about benefits of having solar panels, but I doubt I go because they were already lying to me about their corporation.
