Same experience. Voice recording of a supposed Maisie Wilkinson. I said yes to accident and was transferred to what sounded like a call centre in India. They told me they were UK based and when i asked for their registered company number they hung up.
Instant hang-up. Therefore, I would expect, a scoping call for future routine fake-survey or phishing calls from India.

The lady basically said that my fibre-glass wool loft insulation is no longer valid and they in my area tomorrow doing surveys in the neighbouring roads.
