Got Amazon parcel delivered, then my phone rang but no one on other end. Not sure if related, but it looks like it from what others are saying.
Fraud. Another BT scam call from a woman with Indian accent. Familiar voice from previous different numbers. When challenged, she started shouting and became abusive. The idea is to extort money from you and they will protect you online. I can see how some may be frightened and fall for this scam. So Be Warned And Don’t Respond.

These people have been calling me for weeks. I have told them that I am not the person they are asking for "Mrs Humphries" and asked them numerous times to take me off their list but still they call. As soon s they realise I am not the person they want they disconnect sometimes whilst I am mid sentence. Infuriating!

These people call me at least 3 times a day, and it has been going on for months. Kept calling frequently and hanging up or dead line upon answer - finally got a female asking to speak with DH about previous Boxing news subscription and he wasn t interested. She says "well I ll call back" before I could pleasantly tell her to remove the number she hung up. Still keep ringing and Sky scandalously want to charge £3.50 per month to bar it. Saw another user s helpful comment to change the call ID so we know to ignore it, so thanks for that bit of advice.
