SCAM. The source of this call is in Russia and was a text message purportedly from a Hermes a delivery company and saying that they were unable to deliver an item. To get it delivered to reply. Obviously a big Russian scam. I have nothing on order from anyone either. Don't touch it if you get a message from this #.

I was awakened by a call from this number 01724735634
Caller ID said it was Gourmet Burger however the person that spoke sounded like they were in a call centre reading off a script. When I asked them to repeat what they had said they hung up.
Fraud - sends text message saying: EE: Your last payment was not processed, to continue using your EE service please visit: www.supportbilling.co.uk I don't even have a mobile with this provider.

May go by the name of Andrew Harrison or any other name now but the pictures he’s using is of a brown haired, blue eyed tattooed guy who works as a para. Gives to story of wife died, or girlfriend cheated on him with best friend or that his dad died in the army and left his mother to bring him up.

The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. I do not generally answer numbers that I do not recognise but as it was 08.30, I thought it could be somthing important.

I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. SCAM - a man with a accent asked my for 30seconds of my time, i asked who he was and what he wanted he gave me all my details and phone number and aske me to confirm which i said no, i asked him to remove me from the mailing list he said no, i told him i didn't want anymore phone calls and why couldn't he remove me, he said i can't tell you !! I told him he was disgusting being a scammer and he hung up, i have blocked the number !
Claimed to be my local energy advisor, for once they are local to me. Asked if I was the homeowner, when asked where he got the information from, said there was a data base of all work carried out at this address. If there is then I did not authorise my data being entered or used. GDPR? Suspect they wanted to carry out an "energy survey" and would come up with a very expensive improvement package, which probably would not be needed.
