SCAM - Told them to take a number off the list as the person has a memory dissorder. Have called daily after that, telling it is the first time they call. Different numbers, but same person called back right after from this number. She called from RCN Investments and if that is true, that she called because the person wrote her number at THEIR webpage- then they have sold the number to several other companies, because the phone is calling several times a day after the day she register on a web-page.

I have no investments wit this company so asked her to remove me from her contact list immediately. Pretending to be from Virgin Media Cyber security department, informing me that there is someone in California using my IP address for illegal purposes, but he would help me sort it out. Refused to tell me the name on the account or the account number because it was a recorded call, having told me it was a secure line and that he would "prove" to me that he was from Virgin if I gave him the information he asked for.

Called today, phone ID said Redruth Cornwall, however missed text message showed 01513759551 (Liverpool no in keeping with other comments). Blocked the number.
Like the people above, person - a man on first occasion, woman second, couldn t understand what they were saying except they were going to refund PPI. Told them it sounded odd and if they give me a number I ll check it out and get back to them and they put the phone down. Second time I was told to lie about a loan I had not taken out to a different department. They knew my name and address. Not happy.

Wednesday, 31 December 2014 09:01 hours. Telephone call from 01706830603. It seems they are nasty bailiff firm called Rossedales. No debts here. No message left. Rang them back, an answer message claimed that their offices were shut. Plenty of warnings about this firm.
If it's been searched several times its probably spam callers.
Fraud Claimed she was the techincal dept of Virgin Media and that she could see that my internet connection was fluctuating and that she could restart my router to get a better connection. I told her she had called a business and which point she hung up.
