Called me up and did not know my name, made several attempts - when asked why he did not know who the name of the person he was calling and asked what he was calling for he hung up. Is this number used by a foreign based nuisance call unit? How did they get my number as I have signed any internet (including local authority) site as not wishing my details to be passed on.
