I keep getting calls about renewing my boiler and solar panels. prerecorded message. They have many numbers they re just a bloody nuisance. There should be a law to stop idiots like these.

Asian guy asking me about my postcode. After repeated asking what call was about he says he s from the HR of UK. Then when pressed he says it s for a company with similar name as the one I work for! Then starts asking about what mobile phone I prefer. Hung up! Total scam!

Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. They were talking about new government releases and just lots of jargon basically. Would have preferred a straight forward plain English this is who we are and what we do type approach... Person with an Asian accent (after a delay) introducing himself as Peter Thompson purporting to be from BT claimed someone in America was using my IP address and accessing emails . Asked what devices I was using to access the internet. The scammer wasn t afraid to argue back aggressively when I told him in no uncertain terms I knew this was an attempt to hack in to the internet.
