Called me to discuss all info about my traffic accident which is non existent. I asked who NAC is and he said he d get to that then asked about my accident. I asked him to explain what happened as he had it all there. He told me to f*ck off and said he would slap me in the street if I spoke to him like that. Apparently he owns the business so he can talk to his potential cs how he likes.

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. The annoying thing is that I m on the Telephone Preference List of people who should *NOT* be contacted by telemarketers. Unfortunately, it doesn t seem to have worked in this case. Several missed calls from this Manchester number, with no message left. Many of the calls "after hours" i.e after 7pm. I don t know anyone in the Manchester area, also if it was a genuine call a message would be left. So in my opinion, this must be a scam call, as no message is ever left and many of the calls are before 9am and after 7pm. Annoying to say the least, these companies should be fined and banned.

It was a dead call. It rang, I answered. Several seconds of silence later and the call dropped. Another site has a claim that it is a debt management company. I could not tell. Ringing and hanging up to encourage a call back seems to be on the rise. I would say that there is no reason to trust it.
