no voice when answered, number unknown/wrong when dial number

Rang my mobile and landline today several times and when I answer, they or it hangs up, annoying.

Texts received from this number on my mobile- states that you are entitled to a large refund on PPI payments which is a load of total rubbish. Obviously a telemarketer working for a PPI reclaim company. Not to be trusted.

Indian lady started telling me I had a problem with Windows. I told her that she was unscrupulous and I considered that her actions were those of the scum of the planet. I blocked the number using my CPR Callblocker gadget (there are many alternatives). I pay for my phone, it s for me, what gives anyone other than me the right to use it to harass me? Asian chap called John called to ask if I would do a survey,told him I didn t do surveys ,got very insistent I stayed on the phone to the the point of shouting at me,told him to stop shouting at me and that I m not doing any survey,he then hung up....bloody parasites

Suspect untrustworthy. Wanted to offer me a 3 month subscription to the magazine for ?1 an issue (cover price about ?3.50 or so). Asked for my sort code and bank account number. I was driving so said ring back - when she did, I couldn t take the call anyway.

Had two phone calls first left me a voicemail saying hello hello hello and the other 2 hours later a missed call they use the above number but have 00 at the beginning aswell I m guessing they are phoning from a different country

A complete pain! Keep calling about an accident two years ago. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. Where s the law when you need it?
